Why have I kept doing Bio-Touch
for the last twenty years?
I love Bio-Touch. I love its simplicity – such an easy way to care for another person. I like that it’s non-invasive, can’t hurt anyone, often helps and almost always, at the very least, induces a state of relaxation.
I can do it anywhere and I have done it in many settings. Currently I offer it at the Green Valley Farmers’ Market on Wednesdays. Most people immediately respond to the gentle touch. They relax, unwind, leave my booth feeling better.
I’ve done it in hospitals many times. I used it on my niece before she had surgery while we were in the waiting room and later had several people ask me to do it on them as they were waiting for loved ones to come out of surgery.
I have used it on fellow travelers who were stressed out from lack of sleep or in pain from twisting an ankle, or on their cranky children.
Bio-Touch gives me a way to interact with people – something we’re doing together, a reason for being wherever I am. You could say it has given me a way to fulfill my purpose for being here on this planet – to be love.
