Prenatal care is a type of preventive healthcare that provides regular checkups to treat and/or prevent potential health problems throughout the pregnancy. It includes exams, weight checks, urine samples, blood tests, ultrasounds, etc. The idea is to promote healthy lifestyles that benefit both mother and child.
Healthy lifestyles include eating nutritionally packed foods, keeping a healthy weight, taking a prenatal vitamin with the recommended 400micrograms of folic acid before and during pregnancy to help prevent birth defects of the baby’s brain and spinal cord, getting enough sleep, engaging in regular exercise, and avoiding drugs and alcohol.
It’s important to keep any medical conditions, such as asthma, diabetes, and thyroid disease under control, and to avoid x-rays, toxic substances, and cat or rodent feces.
Some of the more common symptoms during pregnancy are backache, constipation, headaches, high blood pressure, incontinence, frequent urination, indigestion, hearburn, morning sickness, and swollen feet, ankles, and hands.
Bio-Touch has been shown to ease the symptoms associated with pregnancy, such as inflammation and pain, aiding in good prenatal care. While not a substitute for standard medical care, Bio-Touch is an effective complement to medical protocols. Family members and friends can learn how to help each other feel better using Bio-Touch, without being concerned about negative side effects.
Bio-Touch is a powerful complementary method that can be used to help support the body while it is undergoing treatment for hypothyroidism caused by Hashimoto’s disease.
